The Tenderloin is where you find the highest population of children in San Francisco. I was waiting in my car and witnessed one woman pull crack rocks from her ass and make four drug sales in under five minutes to various passerby, all African American. Welcome to the Tenderloin. This is the block where I grew up, I used to feed old bread to the birds right at this door step and got my first hair cut at that little Chinese salon.
